Intelectualism often becomes emmeshed in theoretical rhetoric and propaganda so well constructed to entrap the mind, and distract from any secret agendas hidden beneath the volumes of debate offered as reality.Common sense must acknolwedge that no State ,having under its control the entire wealth of the Nation is not going to suffer from corruption,deceits and powerful propaganda designed to trick the population into compliance.Only a heroic Saint could hold the reigns of power over any such massively wealthy carriage and not be tempted to personal gratification, a little luxury ,or a lot.No State will ever be free of those powerful people who are ambitious and determined to gain control .No human will ever be free of having a price,and there will never be a utopian Government.Sadly it just defies every shred of history .However beguiling and idealistic the devotees of equality are, however cleverly seduced to serve Masters they have no knowledge of,the fact is equality will never,has never ever existed.There will always be a wealthy ruling class and they have an interest in so called economic ideologies only as tools to serve their ambitions.

Communisms history lies in the Reductions created by the Catholic Church in South America.It has been used as a tool to enslaave people through being of no value exceptt as a worker of some description.Its original intent to create equality and share wealth distorted and misaligned by the ruling classes who always continued to live in luxury compared to the huddled masses with just sufficient to live, with no home of their own legally, no wealth to pass down to their descendants and few rights to dissent.The ideology is sound, but the practical application so rife with potential for corruption,deception, and dictatorship as to be an utopian challenge.Only a dictator could maintain a state of pure communism.Sad ,but true.

Really its far more complicated than it appears on the face of events emblazoned on the public pages of history.The reality is ,that naturally, the Catholic Church ,as the Universal Church was perfectly legitimate in wanting to Christianise the whole world.And really, no kinder ,fairer ,more compassionate and just philosophy has ever existed in totalHowever those who wanted to temporalise power formed associations to rival the Vatican, and so the whole horror story that followed from the mid 1500,s onwards began.The Church was the attacked, and had to defend against threats to destroy her.Obviously those opponents quickly became insiders ,working from within and under the disguise of good Catholics,infiltrated with the intent of destrying ,dividng and transforming the Church to suit their ambitions of global power controlled by a few capitalists,the replacement from the feudal days, with industrialists as the new invisible Monarchies .The struggles within the Vatican to maintain her purity and integrity were paramount to Her survival.No less the struggles against Orthodoxy and Protestantism.Freedom of religion became the tool ,but has inadvertently allowed the legitimisation of open worship of Satan,and the rapidly spreading growth of the Church of Satan throughout the USA, particularly.This will be the new threat.The oft ignored, centuries hidden, and secretive power base of the intellectuals and capitalist,the lawyers and Ministers influenced or directed by secret Satanists.

Dear George Ciccariello-Maher and Mike King,

I loved the article. I’m just beginning the study of police brutality and abuse in the town of Eutawville, SC. A 54-year-old man was shot and killed two years ago in front of the police station by the chief of police. The victim was in his vehicle and was unarmed. The US Justice Department investigated for 23 months, refused to press charges based on civil liberties violation–supposedly the chief was yelling racial epithets during the shooting–and the county solicitor’s office is now investigating the case.

Your article was written so eloquently with the philosophical thoughts weaved in. I’ll Bookmark your site for future reference. I’ll use this article in my own writings, and I will be certain to cite!

The only puppet is Henrique Capriles, whose whole platform is about reversing economic equality and social justice in Venezuela and reversing the Bolivarian Revolution across the continent. He is the face of oligarchy and U.S. imperialism which for decades has propped up illegitimate fascist regimes.

Communist decadence? What decadence is there in bringing millions healthcare, a decent living, a say in the political process, and optimism about their and their childrens’ futures? (The Venezuelan government is not Communist, if that actually matters to you)

Cuba and Venezuela are two places where global capitalism, with its racism and poverty and ‘disappeared’ dissidents and environmental destruction, is being defeated.
